Mauricio Ayer

Maurício Ayer is a teacher, translator and author of musical, dramatic and literary works. Since 2014, he has been carrying out research on “The places of cachaça in Brazilian literature”, a topic on which he has published articles and essays. He graduated in music/composition from Faculdade Santa Marcelina (2000) and has a doctorate (2006) and post-doctorate (2016) in French literature from FFLCH/USP, where he was a substitute professor from 2018 to 2021.

Ana Paula Palazi

Ana Paula Palazi is a journalist from PUC-Campinas, a master in Scientific and Cultural Dissemination and a specialist in Scientific Journalism from Unicamp. She worked for ten years as a television news producer and reporter. She was a network reporter at a Record TV affiliate station, from 2016 to 2020. She is a content producer, working on works about cachaça, innovation and entrepreneurship.
